The project contributed to increasing the access of vulnerable groups to quality social services, by supporting the selected NGOs in developing volunteering programs in social services. In this respect, we have developed a package of resources for working with volunteers in 5 areas of intervention: children with disabilities, institutionalized children, children with autism spectrum disorders, adults with multiple sclerosis, adult victims of domestic violence and a complex mentoring program based on meetings with each organization and on permanent communication. We also organized the National Volunteer Gala, an event celebrating the merits of volunteering, at national level. Organizations and institutions, media and strategic partners gathered under the umbrella of a moment for public recognition of the impact of volunteering initiatives.
