During this project, we have monitored 31 institutions for people with disabilities and drafted reports on compliance with the minimum accomodation standards, the existence of supportive (psycho-social) services, the staff workload, the use of imobilisation, procedure on deaths notification, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment. The Mobile Legal Clinic Experts have provided support in decision-making in 30 residential centers, hospitals and psychiatric wards in 18 counties (including Bucharest), including in criminal cases, where the police were informed about physical or sexual abuse.
